1. I am scared to death of the owner and very nervous around him
2. He NEVER comes for visits so it was REALLY important to do well today!
So he got there about 10:15 w/ my district manager Dennis. He tried our biscuits and said we should add more butter to them next time. Shucks I hate butter so that won't happen, but I admit I am no pro biscuit maker so not a BAD response ya know! Then we walked around the outside and over all he was VERY positive... trust me that was a SHOCKER! And in the areas I could improve I put it nicely... again not something I am used to with him. He can be a nice guy but he also uses embarrassment as a way to correct ya know. He was very personable. He valued my opinions and thoughts. In fact our "introduction into management was similar" VERY poor training, yet we both succeeded. Anyhow that was a GIGANTIC relief and overall everything was good and he was pleased!!!!!
Then at work I won Tony's Halloween costume on ebay.For school they need to be an animal for the halloween parade and since Tony's symbol at school is a tiger he wanted to be a tiger.... so here is his costume:
Then afterwork I had to run a few quick errands. I was almost out of gas and low on money so my mom and I went to Walmart together as I had some returns to make; the kids Halloween costumes as I decided Jayna would just use Tony's from last year and I got Tony the new one, then I had to return my friend Nikki's baby shower gift since obviously it was un-needed, and a cooler hubby thought he would need for trael but changes his mind.
Anyhow at home, I thought it was SUPER AWESOME and ironic when I got online tonight and went to my parenting site and a friend there who just had a little girl had pictures of Baby Darby in one of the outfits I had just returned. It was actually oddly comforting... I am sure that sounds crazy but...?!

OH YEAH and Marko talked to us TWICE today and not SUPER late either!!! He even got to talk to the kids. Tony is REALLY missing him so that was good for the kids.
ok... but no blog from me is complete without at least one complaint!
So as we were leaving for WalMart we went the next street from mom's and there was a huge street fight 10 plus people. We called 911 to report it but sure as heck didn't stick around! Well we got back 40 minutes later and only ONE cop is there and now 20 plus people! well in seconds seven more cops come zooming... I SWEAR they are going 70 mph... sure it's an emergency but this is a narrow street they could have hit anyone... they really seem to have no concern for the average citizen!
Anyhow long story short the fight ended with hospitalizations after one girl sliced another girl with a box cutter pretty severely. Not sure how many arrests but they were looking in our yards and alleys for the weapon--- and additional suspects. As I was leaving mom's they had a girl in cuffs and shackels I assume pointing out where the weapon was.
