Garbear got me a YUMMY german chocolate cake!!! And of course no cake is to it's full potential without icecream... but wow did Gar go out of his way... he got me TWO boxes of icecream sandwiches
, two containers of TRIPLE chocolate Breyers Ice Cream: that is milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate all mixed in one container... kinda like the chocolate lovers version of neopolatin!
Then he got me two containers of Haagen Dazs chocolate icecream! 
Then I got my birthday gift!! He got me two cards in which he had a lot of the employees sign... one was a joke on Burger King's Motto Have it you way... It says "Your Day, Your Wy" and sang girl's just wanna have fun. Then he got me a JUMBO card that sand a blues version of happy birthday!! FINALLY I got the most soft and fuzzy and cozy and warm blanket--- cuz like Gar I am always cold! As I type this blog at 1am... I am wrapped up in my royal robe, as the BK Queen herself!... err I mean blanket!
Gar is really amazing... and not just because he got me a gift--- don't take it that way!
He happily listens to my vents, may not always agree with me but never undermines my authority has more knowldge than any BK book, always eager to learn, to do things correctly, to teach others. He seems to know all the answers and is always happy to lend a hand both in BK times and non BK life. I hope someday to be 1/2 the manager he is. I have always admired him. Not many a managers could have handled his store for as long as he did before throwing in the rag. He always gave his best, tried his hardest. It's just who Gary is. And then on top of that he is always aiming higher to better himself, to better his family, to achieve his goals. It really is impressive. He may not realize it but he is a big role model to me. I have looked up to him for years and 10x as much when he became my ast mgr and I saw first hand the extent of his loyalty, dedication and determination. Thanks for everything Gar--- more things than you will ever realize- both away from BK and at the King<3
