Slight Changes and New Stuff!

~ Zac's cat had babies (4) and it was quite cute and entertaining having Jayna try to pet them through the computer LOL
~Zac has made an offer on a 10 room house in Bluefield, Wv, it was counter offered, re- offered negotiated and agreed upon! This means in the next 5 weeks or so as long as all goes as planned Zac will OFFICIALLY be a HOME OWNER~ Congrats Bro!
~We had to slightly post pone our Disney trip by 7 days as Zac was called up on an active duty thing for the last week of August and first week of May. Therefore we will leave on the 9th and arrive on the 10th to Disney and we have Disney tickets for the 10-14 and will leave the 14th-- possibly stay in a hotel 1/2 way home and return on the 15th. So here is our NEW and Improved counter:
Free Disney Tickers The exciting part is at this point Bran will be 20 weeks so we will know what the baby is so we can but him/her a specific suvenoir!
~Bran went to the hospital after some abdominal pain and it appears baby's healthy! Now if only they could give us ONE acuarate NONchanging Due Date
~We had a nice lil ice storm the killed our power heat and cable for varying lengths of time over 12hours from 9pm until 9am... but the trees were pretty
~Anthony can now spell his name and that is SUPER exciting to me... picture pending for that!
~Jayna's newest hair design: a heart! Someday I plan to be good at doing lil girl hair!

The habitual shopper

So my habitual shopping is already rubbing off on Prince. He is now the proud owner of a hat, christmas stocking a first christmas onsie and first halloween onsie!
I need to focus on saving but I tell ya IT'S HARD! ESPECIALLY WHEN i LOVE THIS GUY SOOOOOO MUCH... it's very addictive... can you tell he will be ROYALLY spoiled?
I had a great day after surving my night with very limited power and heating- and still no cable at 7 when we got electric back! The kids had a 2 hr delay so I took them to school, went and got their lunches and dropped them off and then went to Target to get Jayna a suitecase for her bday. I was overly tempted by the 75% off clearances. So on top of a suite case, I got a pair of heels, a digital camera set for Ant originally 70 bucks for 17, a dart board for 3, a belt and for J a dog originally 200 for 45 and a pony originally 229 for 50! Yup I spent TOOOOO much but mom is buying one othe toys for J from me and Zac is buying the other.
Had a great time with Bran, Robbie, Patrick, Wendy and the kidlets tonight, eaiting at FA's then a shopping trip to Walmart followed by another visit to Target adoring all the baby gear!! Oh Prince, hurry up! 234 days to go!

Good Luck My Friend

Well my best friend has abandoned me, and as much as I didn't want this to happen.... I am so proud of her!
I have held claim on her for 5.5 years now. When i left the Hut for the King she quickly tagged along. When I left Timberlake Bk she had just previously left but shortly after I got to Forest (i had maternity leave in bewteen!) Brandy joined me and within a month was a manager with me. She has been my loyal coworker and has remained my steadfast best friend. Although she has been my bestfriend and coworker she hasn't been afraid to speak up when I've needed an alterior opinion. She has been completely dependable, an amazingly hard worker, a fun and entertaining coworker with a crazy quirky personality. She has some great organizational skills I know will be missed. The GarBear told me today not to expect him to pick up Bran's slack and reaarange the "house" every week- haha! We'll it's time for us to seperate adly and for her to move on. She has been permoted to Assistant Store Manager or in BK terms "Restaurant Manager". I will miss seeing her everyday and miss everything about her but truly I am SOOO proud of her. I have known for a long time she has been ready for the next level of her career. I think she will be an amazing asset to her new store. I know it'll prob be a rough start as is most any new situation but I know she'll far succeed the expectations set before her! Bran I love you and am so proud of you. Isn't it crazy how everything just falls into place unexpectedly?

Unexpected Suprises

Is the phone call I received on Saturday! I'm My best friend and Sister Brandy called me Saturday when I was at work- and she was watching my kids! It's been two years since her last pregnancy and 6 years nearly since she had her last child! Although I think she had given up hope in having another baby, our hope was restored when out the blue- basically after she stopped trying- came up preggie! I saw her test on Saturday evening... deff preggie Sure right now we are incredible nervous due to her complex history of multiple miscarriages and the only baby she delivered safely was several weeks early and then died just prior to two months from SIDS But at the same time we are truely ecstatic hopeful and ready! If all is as it appears we should have a baby in mid September... and we're I bought the baby it's first gift. I can't wait...

Biking!!

So last Saturday Igot to try out my new bike while my poarents had the kids. They wanted them to attend church so they kept them over night. I went out biking at 10:30pm. It was FREEEEEEZIN'!! The wind sucked too! However, minus pooor toes and face I stayed mostly warm! I rode to BK wearing my older brother's reflective Police vest. HAHA I got there just after 11pm and BRandon was outside it took him a second to recognoize me mostly because the Police vest caught him off guard! I stayed there long enough to eat two apple fries and an OJ and take an OJ to go! Then I rode to Timberlake and home. Alhough like I said my toes and face were cccccold i was so happy to get to ride! I got home about 12:30am to a snoring husband... guess he knows by now I am crazy and no one wants to steal me hahahah

Then TUesday my bag for my bike came. NOw I need to take my bike rack off my old bike, transfer it to me new one (currently living in my kitchen... can you tell I am scared someone will try to still him!?).
Maybe another ride this weekend although biking time is scarce with Marko working out of town Sunday- Thursdays late. It leaves few moments with him to supervise my kidlets!

Disney Bound!!!

So we are headed to Disney in May!!!!!!! My brother is going with us. Not sure if Marko will or not. He is so.... ANTIhumans. Not sure if that is a good explanation. He hates going to even Walmart or the mall because he doesn't like crowds. He isn'y so sure we should go, but I don't think we should pass up this unbelievable deal. $99 for each of us for 5 days-- not $99 a day, TOTAL! So that would be $400! I have that much loaned out to one friend, so that would cover tickets. Then we have sme boarding options- all under $100 a night- but we haven't decided yet! I have most of that loaned out to friends too- unknown to Marko. He'd murder me if he knew! We plan to go May 3-7. That way 2 days would be my "regular" days off and then I would only have to use 3 vacation days! Then I would still have enough vacation time to cash in for cash value! That would help towards gas to get there then we'd bring our own grocerries and sodas to greatly limit our food bills.... hoping all goes as planned. I have dreamed of going to Disney for as long as I can remember! Our family wasn't well off so most our "vacations" were to our family in West Viginia. Other than 1 trip to Ohio when I was about 8, a few to different places in Pa all defore I was 12, and 2-3 to VA Beach that is all the vacationing we've ever done. Marko and I are yet to have taken one. He has traveled A LOT with work but not sure you can call that a vacation. I have NEVER taken a vacation day in my 5.5 years at BK... 4 weeks in 5.5 years I have taken off 3 days instead of two, but still worked 40 hours at least each of those weeks! I'm sooooo excited!I'm dreaming of disney....
Ok I got my hotel confirmation email last night and day 1 of 5 of my vacation is now PAID. The hotel deposit is one day hotel fee. We will be staying at Shades of Green.
Jayna is VERY excited as well to go on "Caytion" as she calls is to the "Disney Beach". And EVERYday she asks me "We going on Caytion today?"
So my to do list grows and grows....
I need to buy a stroller... we have a small umbrella one but it's foot rest is broken AND it has no storage space
Then we have a HUGE shopping list in order to save a pretty penny and spend much less when there.
There is def a bittersweet part to my vacation. My best friend is coming with us as my husband is less than interested and he is hopeful he can go to this computer conference thing later in the year. However It's hard to have a HUGE family vacation like this and not dream of the most adorable smart nearly six year old with us. If Brandy is going with us of course Christian Blake would have gone with us too. And not only would he be along with us, we are allowed 5 tickets at this discounted price. We are only getting four. There would have DEF been room and money for our handsome lil sweetheart to have been with us. We have stayed best friends nearing 8 years now. Anything special or important we are TOGETHER. Blake should be with us joining in the fun, but instead we will celebrate his birthday two weeks after our return from Disney. I will undoubtingly buy him some corny disney memorabilia for his grave site. Just so we know he knows he should have been with us. SURE he already KNOWS; he's our angel and knows it all but for some whatever reason we feel the need to reassure ourselves and our perfect baby boy.





I'm so excited... I just can't hide it ya know ya know 109 days to go....

Christmas Day

The kids slept til 9:40 when Jayna woke us up. We forced Ant to get up too so we could open gifts. He was none too excited! So, we let Jayna open her Santa gifts first! She got exactly what she had asked Santa for! A sleeping beauty doll, Little Mermaid barbie, a disney princess dance mat and her FAVORITE: Make-up!!! Anthony was still too tired to care much that he hgot a Star Wars Lap Top, Star wars shirt, dinosaur puzzle and guns that shoot chalk dust bullets (like paintball minus any pain!) Then they wanted to open their gifts from Great Nana and Papa. Jayna got an Aqua Doodle and Dancing Hannah Montana Barbie. Anthony got his umbrella he had been wanting (because lil sis already has one!) Fuzzy PJ pants like mommy's and a basketball game. Then they opened away at their gifts from Mommy and Daddy. They were well pleased. Aunt Chris and Uncle King's Gifts were opened next. Jayna got two barbies and a book "Where do Chicks Come From" as she loves chickens and eggs. Anthony got the Ben Ten shoes he has asked for about 1/2 a million times and another gun. We had Daddy open his stocking next. He found his fav candy, a penguin ornament and penguin Pez, a bath srubbie and his favorite gift: some Ipod accessories. Then we let the kids tear into their stuff in the stockings. We had cinnamon rolls after that, that we had baked while we stormed through our present openings. We played with our new toys for a bit. It was a beautiful day outside so while we rearranged the van so we could add the kids seats we also played guns with them and they had some trampoline time.
We left for Roanoke to go see Marko's family about 2pm. The kids quickly fell asleep, as did I! We ate lunch at Grandma's: Ham, Turkey, Baked Beans, Deviled Eggs, Pepperoni Rolls, Sweet Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes AND more candy and sweets
Not to mention FREE than any family could ever possibly devour!
Aunt Carolyn got Tony a remote control airplane and Jayna a puppy purse with a lil jewelery.
Grandma got them each a scooter and 1/2 a million other things!
I even got our annual Marko and his brother sleeping picture hahah!
Not to mention, the free hot chocolate from sheetz was delicious!! And I saw one of my former teacher's there so that was kinda neat!
