Karlee, Zac, Jayna (on the rail), Davey, Tricia, Amanda, Beth, and Anthony

Cousins (and Grand Kids) All the original 4 grand kids, both the great grandkids, and one of the three "new" grandkids... this is a rarity, treasure it! Someday I'll get ALL of us in one pic.... but by then there may be more Great Grands!
Lazily Simple
Dad was on "sick leave" this week (25) as he had a little surg. I was too lazy I guess as my riding was limited. I enjoy biking, but HONESTLY if I wasn't doing my best to raise funds for the MS society there's no way I'd be working my work schedule, dealing with family life and still spending 8 hours or so a week biking! MAYBE 2 hours a week... and then if I missed a week oh well. But This is taking more commitment every week than my lazy unmotivated booty can handle.
Then August 1st and 2nd I took a mini vacation to see my Grandparents in WV. I hadn't been there since Thanksgiving, so it was long overdue. Uncle King whom I am riding with (my newly recruited team member) and I rode on a 5 mile strip with him. Super easy, at this point in my biking life almost TOO EASY! But some biking is better than no biking. And I was thinking... I may be riding the MS 150 in a few more weeks but my golly I have ridden 25 miles exery week since June pretty much now which means 100 miles a month, which means by the time I every make it to the MS150 I will have already ridden 300 plus miles EASILY!
On the good side, I got another donation: $100 from Nana and Poppy!!
Notes from our mini vacation:
I closed my store Friday night (that means getting off work at 3am! I was at Karlee's house at 6am to pick her up. I bet I ate a million extra calories to stay awake! We got to Zac's about 9am. He has a very nice newly remodeled old house:-) It was complete with a Steeler's room, 3 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, and office, and living room and dining room. We went to a local icecream shop called Berkshire's and had the MOST absolutely delicious hot apple dumplings with icecream and Cinnamon. Then we went to Nana's and Poppy's. We played around for a while vistied for a while and I fell asleep for a while (ops!) After dinner is when Uncle King and I went biking. Sunday we did the church thing, visiting the cousins new addition, food thing, lots of talking, waited for Uncle Greg, Aunt Kim and Davey to get there, supper, and had to leave. It was a nice min vacay with some DEEEElicious Nana home cookin'
